Egg production is in full swing! Our production is small, so these eggs aren't sitting aound. They're super fresh - straight from hen house to carton! Each carton contains a variety of sizes and mix of colors (green, brown, white, pink, blue & olive).

Not Your Ordinary Chicken Eggs!
Why? We pay close attention to our hens' nutrition and environment. In addition to free-ranging, they receive fresh water every day, with a measured mix of flax seed and oyster shell in their feed. The flax seed not only keeps them healthy, it gives our Spaghetti Western chicken eggs higher levels of Omega-3. Plus, the oyster shell helps our hens produce eggs with stronger shells.
