Pepper Varieties

Early Jalapeno

$4 each

Medium heat pepper great for Tex-Mex dishes and pickling.Dark green fruits can be left on to ripen to a fiery red color.

Heirloom Classic Jalapeno

$4 each

Jalapeno’s like warm conditions, great in salsas and pickling.

Antohi Romanian Pepper (Heirloom)

$4 each

This sweet pepper has 4 inch long fruits that ripen from pale yellow to orange and then red. Pick early and often to keep them producing all season long. These peppers are great for eating fresh, frying, roasting and stuffing.

Italian Sweet Peppers Sunset mix (Heirloom)(Orange, red, yellow)

$4 each

These peppers are perfect and plump. Great on pizza, salads or roasting. Harvest peppers when they are fully colored up in red, orange or yellow.


Tomato Varieties

One Gallon Containers, $6 each or any two for $10

Roma

$6 each or two for $10

Heirloom, open pollinated variety Roma tomatoes are plum shaped and red when fully ripe. They have few seeds and are a good canning and sauce tomato. This indeterminate tomato will grow 39 inches in height and the single fruit weighs about 2.1 ounces. Roma tomatoes are one of the best varieties for canning due to their lower water content. Although developed in the United States they are a favorite in Italian cooking and salsas.

Amish Paste

$6 each or two for $10

The Amish paste is a heirloom seed, indeterminate tomato and one of the larger "paste" varieties of tomato. Tomatoes can be 6 to 12 ounces in size. They vary widely in shape, from "oxheart" to plum. These tomatoes are coreless and somewhat seedier and sweeter than other paste tomatoes. They are tasty in all kinds of tomato dishes and great for canning.

Cuore di Capra

Open pollinated, indeterminate tomato. Beefy with oxheart shape, great for sauces and canning.

Brandywine

$6 each or two for $10

Beautiful, large, heirloom, indeterminate tomato. Great slicer tomato that's pinkish in color, beefy in texture and delicious on sandwiches.Open pollinated, indeterminate tomato. Beefy with oxheart shape, great for sauces and canning.

San Marzano (Italian Heirloom), Indeterminate

Open pollinated, indeterminate tomato. Beefy with oxheart shape, great for sauces and canning.

Cuore di Capra

$6 each or two for $10

This is a variety of plum tomato originating in Campania, Italy. When these are compared to the Roma tomato variety, San Marzano tomatoes are thinner and more pointed. The flesh is much thicker with fewer seeds and the taste is stronger, sweeter, and less acidic. This is one of the most popular tomatoes used in Italian cooking and sauces.

Black Cherry, Indeterminate, heirloom

This beautiful dusky purple cherry tomato has a juicy, smoky-sweet flavor with large vines.

Italian Grape Tomato, Pandorino (F1)

$6 each or two for $10

This tomato has grape size tomatoes that are high yielding. This Italian variety is extremely disease-resistant and easy to grow. Has a wonderful balanced flavor that is not overly sweet.

Cherokee Purple, heirloom

$6 each or two for $10

This is a beefsteak type tomato that is dusky purple in color with green. Has a rich and divine flavor. This tomato is perfect for sandwiches as a slicing tomato and also good in sauces.

Summer Feast (black, red, orange) (Heirloom)Cuore di Capra

These tomatoes are medium sized, indeterminate, tomatoes. They will come in black, red, or orange tomatoes. This one will be a surprise of what color you get.

Container Roma- Inca Jewels (determinate, F1)Cuore di Capra

These plants are great for pots and will grow 3 feet tall. Minimum pot size should be 18-20 inches. This is a great variety if you need to save space or want to grow in pots. They provide an abundance of plum fruits that taste great fresh in a salad or in a sauce. These can easily be preserved by freezing them whole and placing them in a freezer bag for later use.

Beef Steak (organic seed) (indeterminate)

These tomatoes are very meaty in texture and are a great slicing tomato. They are very large tomatoes with wonderful flavor and are very productive.

Mortgage Lifter (Heirloom)(indeterminate)

$6 each or two for $10

This tomato is known for its mild sweet flavor, and the tomatoes are very large. The tomatoes can and even weigh as much as two pounds each.

Sandpoint (determinate) (open pollinated)

$6 each or two for $10

This determinate tomato provides early fruit and works well in a small garden space or pot. The fruits can be small in size from a cherry size to a small salad tomato.

Payette (determinate) (open pollinated)

$6 each or two for $10

This tomato plant does well in pots or small spaces. It is a very prolific plant and will give 3” slicers. Will produce tomatoes early and have a long season.

Orange Cherry Tomato Sungold (F1)(indeterminate)

$6 each or two for $10

These have a very sweet taste and are a beautiful orange color. These tomatoes will produce early and will give you lots of fruit all season long. They are also disease and crack resistant.

CLarge Cherry Tomato (Heirloom) (Indeterminate)uore di Capra

These cherry tomatoes are easy to grow and will give you lots of small fruit all season long. Great as a snack or in a salad.
